Patrick Milligan
As owner of Dream Factory Productions, Patrick has guided the company for over nine years. "Our goal is to provide THE VERY BEST customer service. Patrick’s influence is seen best in the talent at Dream Factory Productions. He has personally trained every emcee on staff. And though everyone takes on their own style eventually, it's the core knowledge of the DJ business that Patrick imparts to them that gets everyone started. The fringe benefit of all that training? Patrick tells us: "I had read once that 'to teach is to learn twice.' And I can tell you flat out that that is true. From the very first Entertainers I trained to the current students I am working with now, every training class teaches ME something about the business. It's amazing!"

Robert Beato
In his years with Dream Factory Productions, Robert has risen through the ranks and his talents as an emcee have made him one of the most sought after emcees. Robert always leads the Dream Factory Productions staff in number of jobs performed per year.
Robert takes the "customer service" part of being a DJ just as importantly as the entertaining part. He has quite a reputation on staff and in the wedding community for going above and beyond for his Brides and Grooms. Nathan Bosick
Nathan Bosick brought a love of music, a natural outgoing personality and an in-depth knowledge of audio equipment from his years of DJing to Dream Factory Productions years ago when he answered a classified ad for DJ help. He had always thought about DJing as a career and this seemed to be the perfect opportunity to get involved. Nathan made quick work of Dream Factory Productions training program and since his early days of headlining his customer feedback evaluations show he is as awesome an entertainer as we all knew he would be. Nathan loves "interacting with guests… dancing and having a good time." He also has musical tastes and knowledge that span the gamut.
